Delivery & Returns
All items on our website are handmade on order, so please be patient and allow a lead time of 21 days and a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days to all major centres. Delivery to outlying areas are 3 to 5 working days. In the unlikely event that we have sold out of items or have problems with production due to unavailability of clay or glazes, the client will be contacted with the option to wait until the issue is resolved or for a full refund with no deductions.
Website will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Website standards. Should we exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.
While all attempts are made to keep our online store updated in can happen that we sold out of an item and you have paid for it in that case we will source the item for you and have it delivered in no time should the occasion arise where we are unable to get the item we will refund you in full
If you are not completely pleased with your purchase you may return it for a full refund which will be subject to inspection of the item.
If you decide to return an item for any other reason other than it being defective, late, or if a wrong item has been supplied, then you will be liable to cover the cost of the return to us. If the reason for the return is attributed to errors on our side then we will cover the cost of the courier
